Smooth Up


Banana/Pineapple/Mango Smoothie

  • 6 oz of plain Greek Yogurt (I use Fage 0%.)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup – 1 cup frozen mango
  • Splash of 2% milk

Blend the hell out of it and enjoy.  If you are a Weight Watcher the whole thing is only 2/2.5 points.  You are welcome.

PS – I use Trader Joe’s frozen fruit.  It is delicious and cheaper than most other store brands.  If you use frozen fruit you don’t need to add ice.  It’s magical.  This has been THE breakfast of choice lately.  Kid approved.  Me approved.
