Leopard Dress | Black Over the Knee Boots

I know you read that title, audibly gasped while grabbing your pearls and thought of a slew of derogatory terms, such as: hussy, strumpet, tart, Jezebel, trollop or floozy. It’s me you guys. Come on… I don’t do any of that. I am a prude and prefer to keep things on the up and up. Much to my husband’s dismay… Kidding. A little.

Anyhoo…

See? You can wear a leopard dress with black over the knee boots and not look like a strumpet! I love that term by the way. I like to say it whilst talking in a fake accent. My co-worker and I spend the majority of the day talking to one another in fake accents. We don’t do it to make fun of anyone. We do it because it makes our work life more fun and we are a tiny bit insane. You do NOT want to be stuck in a car with us that has no satellite radio for seven hours. We don’t break character. Just saying…

Where did I wear this? To work. Here’s how I styled this dress this past spring.

Leopard Dress - Black Velvet Blazer - Over the Knee Boots 2 Leopard Dress - Black Velvet Blazer - Over the Knee Boots 4 Leopard Dress - Black Velvet Blazer - Over the Knee Boots Leopard Dress - Black Velvet Blazer - Over the Knee Boots 3

Thank you so much for stopping by and stay classy, peeps!

  1. I am in love with animal prints and I often restyle my dresses for the colder season. Your boots look great with this dress!
And I love your writing style 🙂

  2. I love that dress but hate seeing out in the blogosphere and on Pinterest because I totally missed this when it was out and I want it so badly. Love it with the all black and crystals.

  3. Love the total look! Plus I didn’t know how badly I wanted OTK boots until I saw them twice now, in your recent posts. Excitedly awaiting the pair that I ordered yesterday even though it’s still 90 plus degrees where I live.

  4. Loved this look but may have loved the post that accompanied it even more – that made me laugh out loud (for real, not in the overused sense of that phrase). I think for the first time ever I shared a fashion blog post with my husband because I found it so funny — and that someone else shares our love of words like “strumpet” (though “wench” will work in a pinch).
